10 Minutes a Day Challenge Objective: To cultivate productivity and time management skills by dedicating 10 minutes each day to various activities. Rules: Wake up at 5:00 AM daily 5:00-5:10 AM : Brushing and freshening up 5:10-5:20 AM : 10 minutes of meditation 5:20-5:30 AM : 10 minutes of simple workout (warm-ups and push-ups) 5:30-5:40 AM : 10 minutes of reading 5:40-5:45 AM : 5-minute break and phone check 5:45-5:55 AM : Listen to or read the news for 10 minutes and note important points 5:55 AM onwards : Plan your day according to your position (study, work, skill improvement, etc.) Additional Tips: Allocate 10 minutes for each activity, including eating and using the toilet, to appreciate the value of time. Avoid using your phone during these activities to minimize distractions and optimize your time. Join the challenge and take control of your day!
