10 MINUTES A DAY- A PRODUCTIVE DAY
10 Minutes a Day Challenge
Objective: To cultivate productivity and time management skills by dedicating 10 minutes each day to various activities.
Rules:
- Wake up at 5:00 AM daily
- 5:00-5:10 AM: Brushing and freshening up
- 5:10-5:20 AM: 10 minutes of meditation
- 5:20-5:30 AM: 10 minutes of simple workout (warm-ups and push-ups)
- 5:30-5:40 AM: 10 minutes of reading
- 5:40-5:45 AM: 5-minute break and phone check
- 5:45-5:55 AM: Listen to or read the news for 10 minutes and note important points
- 5:55 AM onwards: Plan your day according to your position (study, work, skill improvement, etc.)
Additional Tips:
- Allocate 10 minutes for each activity, including eating and using the toilet, to appreciate the value of time.
- Avoid using your phone during these activities to minimize distractions and optimize your time.
